Training Notes:
This last 3 week block will be very similar, if not the exact same, on some days . If you see an “*” next to the Strength/Metcon and that means: If you plan on doing Murph with a weight vest, do the workout with a weight vest (14-20#) on.
For those that do not plan on doing Murph with a weight vest:
On the repeat workouts either
1: Load everything exactly the same and try to beat your score
2: Load slightly heavier and try to match your time.
